All information provided during registration and throughout your use of the Platform must be truthful and accurate. vvvjl reserves the right to close any account where false, misleading, or unverifiable information has been provided, and to withhold any funds associated with such an account pending investigation.
All financial transactions on the vvvjl Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). vvvjl supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods for Philippine players: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and UnionBank via InstaPay and PESONet.
Deposits. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Deposits made via GCash or PayMaya are typically credited to your vvvjl account in real time. Bank transfer deposits via InstaPay are generally credited within one (1) hour, subject to the processing times of the sending institution. vvvjl does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges.
Withdrawals. Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification and must meet the minimum withdrawal threshold applicable to your chosen payment method. Withdrawal requests submitted before the daily cut-off time are typically processed within the same business day. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are generally completed within ten (10) minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals via InstaPay or PESONet may take up to one (1) business day.
Withdrawal Conditions. vvvjl reserves the right to request identity verification documents before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in the same name as the vvvjl account holder. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.
Player Funds: Player funds held in vvvjl accounts are maintained in accounts segregated from vvvjl's operational funds. Your balance is held exclusively for the purpose of funding gameplay and processing withdrawals.
vvvjl may from time to time offer bonuses, free credits, cashback, reload promotions, and other incentives to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms communicated at the time of the offer, which form part of these Terms.
Wagering Requirements. Unless otherwise stated, bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period of the bonus; unused bonus funds expire at the end of the validity period.

In the event of any conflict between individual game rules and these Terms, these Terms shall prevail.

Malfunction Policy. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. vvvjl makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform's availability, accuracy, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose. vvvjl does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
In jurisdictions where the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages is not permitted, vvvjl's liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law. In no event shall vvvjl's total aggregate liability to you exceed the total amount deposited by you into your vvvjl account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
vvvjl reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:
Upon account closure for breach of these Terms, vvvjl reserves the right to withhold any balance pending investigation. Where closure is initiated by vvvjl for reasons unrelated to player misconduct, any verified balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
You may close your vvvjl account at any time by contacting our support team. Account closure requests will be processed within two (2) business days. Any verified balance at the time of closure will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding wagering requirements on bonus funds.
vvvjl reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, vvvjl will notify registered players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform at least seven (7) days prior to the changes taking effect, where practicable.

In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the vvvjl Platform, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting vvvjl's customer support team. vvvjl will endeavor to respond to and resolve all complaints within five (5) business days.
If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines. Nothing in this clause shall prevent vvvjl from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.
